I am one office worker. I have used TurboTax Deluxe product for about four years because i think that it was a little cheaper. As you kno many tax calculator softwares’ price are very high so that i cannot afford to it.In fact now TurboTax Deluxe 2012 price is only $39.
I remembered that I got audited that year. It is also important to note that if you have a complicated tax year, you may be better off doing the taxes yourself or paying someone to do it. Three years ago, there was a bug where you couldn’t take both the earned income credit and one of the college education credits- after speaking with customer service, and then getting put in contact with one of their engineers who barley spoke English, I realized that you really can’t trust any kind of tax software for unusual or complex tax situations.
According my experience, I purchased my copy on Amazon after I went to three local office supply store because they ran large ads about the “free or almost free” software you could purchase along with your Turbo Tax software. Well the truth is the software all carried a rebate form which you had to mail in for a rebate and my experience with mail in rebates has not been good.
I think that almost all free software are cheaters. I really stick with Turbo Tax products and forget the “almost free” software locally.
This TurboTax Deluxe 2012 tax preparation product is the way to go for those that find tax laws, etc. You won’t use another tax preparation after the use of TurboTax. You can get some coupon code on our website.
